Managing your pension online has never been easier. With your online portal, OneView, you can securely access your pension information, update your details, and manage key aspects of your benefits at a time that suits you.

What you can do on OneView

OneView gives you secure, online access to your pension information anytime, anywhere.

Depending on the status of your membership, you can use OneView to manage different aspects of your pension.

If you’re currently paying into the Scheme. Show

You can:

  • view how much pension you’ve built up
  • run retirement illustrations
  • nominate or update your beneficiaries
  • complete or update your Expression of Wish form and/or Nomination form
  • run an estimated transfer value
  • view and update your contact details

Important to know

Address changes must be made through your HR/Payroll department.

If you’re no longer paying into the Scheme Show

You can:

  • view your pension benefits
  • run retirement illustrations
  • nominate or update your beneficiaries
  • complete or update your Expression of Wish form
  • run an estimated transfer value
  • view and update your contact details
If you’re a pensioner Show

You can:

  • view payslips and P60s
  • update your bank details
  • nominate or update your beneficiaries
  • complete or update your Expression of Wish form and/or Nomination form
  • view and update your contact details

Registering for OneView

If you haven’t already registered for OneView, setting up your account is quick and easy.

To register:

  1. 1.

    Select Login to OneView from the top right-hand corner of this website.
  2. 2. Click Register on the log-in page.
  3. 3. Follow the on-screen instructions to create your account.

Before you create your account, you’ll need the personal registration code provided in your OneView welcome letter. If you haven’t received this or no longer have it, follow the on-screen instructions to receive a replacement or contact Aptia directly.
